Why BP 4DAT exists
BP 4DAT is a simple way to log your blood pressure and pulse in seconds and keep your history in one private place, with trends you can look back on. It is a personal tracker, not a medical device.
The 4DAT way
Every 4DAT app is built on the same few rules. Here is how BP 4DAT follows them:
- Your information stays on your device. Your readings, notes, and settings are stored only on your iPhone. They leave it only if you choose: by connecting Apple Health, or by exporting a file to share with your care team yourself.
- An account is optional. There are no accounts and no sign-in. Open the app and start logging.
- We keep only what a feature needs. BP 4DAT has no servers, so 4DAT never receives your health data. The Privacy Policy explains every connection, and each one is off until you turn it on.
- No ads and no tracking of you. No ads, no analytics, and no tracking SDKs. Nothing about your readings affects what the app shows you.
- Supported honestly. BP 4DAT is free, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. The Supplies tab links to blood pressure monitors on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, 4DAT earns from qualifying purchases.
About the founder
BP 4DAT is built by Frank Castle, founder of 4DAT LLC in Florida. Frank is an engineer who has spent his career on systems that have to work when it counts. 4DAT is how he builds everyday tools: simple, private, and yours.
